The Banner of Truth

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light" (1 Peter 2:9).

The Apostle Peter points out four distinct views of The Church of God in the above verse: 1) that the Church would be a chosen generation, 2) a royal priesthood, 3) an holy nation, and 4) a peculiar people.  These views describe the Church as something special, something exclusive, given to show froth the praises of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvellous light.  The Church accepts this responsibility very seriously and, with the help of Almighty God, we will see the Gospel preached trhoughout the entire world.

This booklet is dedicated to our present and future churches, which will display the Church flag because of truth.  May we display and wave it boldly and proudly for it represents Christ and His Church.
